Abstract
At the present study field experiments were conducted to explain the following :
1-Effects of gomma irradiation on vegetative and yield characteristics.
2-Effects of gomma rays on storage life on garlic.
3-Cytological analysis.
Also, Tissue culture experiments were conducted to explain the following :
1-Explants effect on callus induction.
2- Explant effect on plant regeneration.
3-Genotype effect on callus induction and plant regeneration.
4-Plant acclimatization.
