Abstract

The tomatoes of the most important vegetable crops worldwide. Could exceed global production to 120 million tonnes (of the market fresh and sauce) (Report of the Food and Agriculture _ 2004) .. and cultivated in Egypt about 460.000 acres of tomatoes, including around 140,000 acres in the reclaimed areas and produces about 7million tons annually.
This study highlights the vital resistance of root-knot nematodes using some soil microbes which are effective tactics affecting as alternatives to the use of pesticides.
Some were selected groups of soil organisms which exist with Meloidogyne like mushroom Almikrorheyza AMF and soil bacteria RHIZOBACTERIA as a key area for this study
In any case, the objective of the study is clear to shed light on the combined effect of the fungus soil Almikrorheyza and bacteria and correct understanding Alsay some Almikanzmat relationships each
