Abstract
The objective of this study is to detect the subclinical mastitis, the prevalence, bacterial causes and antibiotic sensitivity test for isolater organisms and its effect in milk composition in plan designed as follows :
1-Application of the Calefornia mastitis Test (CMT) as apreliminary screening test for the detection of subclinical mastitis.
2-Measurement of tetratable acidity, chloride qualatitive and fat percent.
3-Isolation and identification of Staphylocuccus aureaus.
4-Isolation and identification of Staphylocuccus agalactiae.
5-Isolation and identification of E. coil.
6-Antibiotic sestivity test for isolated organisms.
