Abstract
+The toxic conventional reducing agent, sodium sulfite
as well as the oxidizing agent, potassium bichromate, have
replaced by more eco- friendly glucose, dextrin as the green
method during dyeing of vat dyes on cotton fabrics.
Also, modify cotton fabrics through its cationization
using Cibafix WFF, Prefix K. realize eco - friendly vat
dyeing and high color strength values better than the
traditional method and cancelled oxidizing method.
a) Eco- friendly dyeing of cotton fabrics with vat
dyes:
Eco- friendly dyeing using selected vat dyes which do
not contain azo groups or triphenyl methane.
• C.!. Vat violet 1 dye as well as C.!. Vat blue 4 dyes
in an internal concentration 2,3,4,5 and 6%)
And use eco- friendly reducing agent instead of
traditional method and the following studies:
1- Eco - friendly reducing agent Glucose 37% and
Dextrin 86 instead of sodium hydrosulfite
