Abstract densities of tilapia, Mugil cephalus and Mugil capito with initial weight of 10.0±2.0g, 18.0±2.0g and 15.0±2.0g, respectively in polyculture system, at two different stocking densities (14000 and12000) and monoculture system 1000 fish tilapia only / fed on growth performance, survival rate, total production of pond and carcass composition. Nine fertilized earthen ponds (5 fed /pond, with 1.6 m water depth) and 25% crude protein as diet were used. Fish were fed twice daily (early morning and made afternoon) at a rate of 4% of body weight per day. The physico- chemical analyses of water in ponds were recorded and water exchange occurred daily at 10:15% of water size. Different growth measurements were recorded every 15 days intervals during the experimental period (150 days). The results of the study showed that the best stocking density was 12000 fish / fed (10000 Nile tilapia, 1000Mugil cephalus and 1000 Mugil capito) which was more suitable for optimum growth performance, survival rate, the most productive for pond, net profit and chemical composition of fish compared with other stocking densities.
