Abstract
The aims of this rgesis is :
1. Examine issues and solutions in the on goung liberalization process.
2. Discuss aviation policy to cope with the new theme ’Globalization’.
3.Diagnosis and analysis of Globalization, and the new trends resulted from Globalization such as, deregulation, liberalization, privatization, alliances, open skies, low-cost carriers, and inter modality.
4. Crafting a model for air transportation policy.
5. Presenting an important project to go Global, This is an ”Air-Rail Link”.
The study follwed the curriculum field approach. The study reached serveral conclusions, including :
1. The majority of the whole sample reveal that quality of infrastructure provision should be top priority as believe that infrastructure quite inappropriate.
2. The field study demonstrates the majority of the sample are in favor with join sort alliance as a way benefit both airline and the customer.
3. The great number of the sample, airline managrs and experts support the idea of having some from of air rail- link (intermodality) as a key element in any modern transportation system where multi model transfers usually take place at airports, rail way station, and harbors.
4. It has been argued that the privatization process of the national carrier is not desirable but using a small percentage of privatization (less than 25%) could be ok for pure Egyptian nationals.
5. We are living through a period in which international aviation rules must change.
