Abstract

Serum proteins plays an important and dominant role in body metabolism and reflects the function of whole body proteins. On other hand serum proteins electrophoresis is considered a valuable tool for establishing quantative distribution of serum proteins with its great importance in the field of clinical laboratory diagnosis this study was carried out on total number of 111 sheep and Goats and claasified as follow:-
Healthy group (control group):-
Composed of 10 healthy sheep and 10 healthy goats.
Diseased groups which subdivded according to clinical signs and final diagnosis into:-
group (1): Diarrhoea n=5
group (II): Fascioliasis n=21
group (III): Caecous lymphadenitis n=11
group (IV): Nange n=10
group (V): Alopecia n=34
group (VI): Bronchopneumonia n=10
Healthy cases were carefully selected depend on the healthy status and absence of any related clinical signs.
