Abstract
Sickle cell anemia is one of the most important Hemoglobinopathy with significant morbidity and mortality events. This work was designed to investigate the renal parameters ( Microalbuminuria , Hematuria Renal Function tests. Glomerular filtration rate and renal CT Scanning) for early detection of nephropathy in pediatric patients with SCD. We found that 21 (35%) out of our studied 60 patients had sickle nephropathy in form of microalbuminuria, Hematuria and Renal CT. Changes .
