Abstract
The organic compounds included in the present work are investigated by various spectroscopic methods whether in organic solvents (electronic absorption and and 1Hnmr Spectra) or in the solid state (ir Spectra). The chelating properties of these schiff bases are pointed out studying their complexes by element analysis, electronic absorption spectra, ir absorption spectra and x-ray diffraction method. Differential thermal analysis is utilized to examine the structure of the metal chelates and their thermal stability.
