المستخلص The present study aims at constructing a tool for measuring and diagnosing the personality traits of gifted students. This tool is reasonably valid and reliable to an extent that justifies its use in the Yemeni environment. The results of the study demonstrate reasonable validity and reliability indicators and indicate the effectiveness of the Gifted Students’ Personal Characteristics Scale prepared through the results reached by the present study. The results of the study indicate that there are no statistically significant differences among the mean scores of students on the Gifted Students’ Personal Characteristics Scale, the Intelligence Scale, the Creative Thinking Scale, the Leading Ability Evaluation Scale, and the Achievement Motivation Test. Results also indicate that there is a positive correlation between students’ scores on the Gifted Students’ Personal Characteristics Scale, the Intelligence Scale, the Creative Thinking Scale, the Leading Ability Evaluation Scale, and the Achievement Motivation Test. |
