المستخلص The present study aims at decreasing the personal maladjustment to the third-year of prep. School, this is through: Recognizing the personal maladjustment that the teenagers suffers of the prep. third year students, Recognizing the differences between the males and the females in the personal maladjustment, Reassuring of the effectiveness of a group counseling program in decreasing the personal maladjustment and tensions, and Knowing the effectiveness of the counseling program after a month of application. The study sample consisted of (413) of males and females: Prognostic sample consists of 100 students of the third year of prep. school both of males and females. Basic sample consists of 413 of the third year prep students of males and females and 20 high students of both males and females of high standard prep school that having high personal maladjustment. An Counseling group consists of (20) students of both males and females divided into two groups, an experimental group of (20) students of both males and females and a controlled group consists of (20) students of both males and females. The study tools are: The personal maladjustment scales (prepared by the researcher), The high intelligence test (prepared by: El_sayed Mohammed Khorry). The family social-economic standard scale (Prepared by: Mahmoud Abd El-Haleem Mansey), The group counseling program (Prepared by the researcher). The important results are: There are Statistical significant differences between the average degrees of each experimental group pre and post applying the group counseling program, There are statistical significant differences between the average degrees of experimental group and the average degrees of the controlled group on the personal maladjustment scale after applying the group counseling program in favour of the experimental group, The group counseling program proved its continuous effectiveness after two months of applying the program. |
