Abstract Five hundreds and sixty mastitic milk samples br —302 -#102;-#114;-#111;-#109; buffaloes and 258 -#102;-#114;-#111;-#109; cows were aspetically collected -#102;-#114;-#111;-#109; different areas (Khatara, Pordiri and blinit El—Kamah City) on Sharkia Province. These sample were suspected to be infected with mycological agents on the basis that the mastitic animal had previously treatment with antibiotic therapy. br The collected samples were examined microscopically, cultured and subjected to mycological isolation and identification. br Indentification of isolated yeasts and yeast like revealed Candida solani C. Krusei C. utilis C. albicans, C. parapsilosis, C. trapicas, C. illiermondii, Torulopsis dattila, T. sake, T. candidium, T. famata, T. holxnii, Trichosporon outaneum, Tr. margritferum, Tr. capitatum, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, S. miso, Rhudotoula rubra, Rh. minuta, Rh. flava and Rh. allida. br The incidence of mycotio mastitis between cows and buffaloes were 84.10% and 69.86% respectively. They were 83.7% in COH in iilitary farm; 87.0% in cows and 867.3% in buffaloes in Khatara project and 80.0% in cows - 33.33% in buffaloes L1 Minit El—Kamah Veterinary clinics. |
