Abstract
This study is aiming to Isolate C. jejuni from stools of diarrheal patients using conventional methods. Determine the specificity and sensitivity of PCR in the detection and identification of C. jejuni in diarrheal stool samples with reference to selective culture method.
•Determine the specificity and sensitivity of PCR in the identification and speciation of C. jejuni in isolated colonies.
