Abstract
The aim of this study is management of femoral neck fracture in children and complications of this fracture and how to treat these complications Fracture neck femur in children is uncommon and few surgeons have the opportunity to treat such cases.
High velocity forces, such as moving vehicle accidents and high falls are necessary to cause this fracture, Stress fractures are extremely rare.
The fracture is classified according to its anatomical location into four types; transepiphyseal with or without dislocation hip, transcervical, cervicotrochanteric and intertrochanteric fractures.
