المستخلص
We believed from the beginning that human is the basis of
every civilization process, and he is the axis of evcry true
progression, and so the development of society and its confrontation
~f the challenges that face it will not exit unless through the creetive
abiiiries. it is certain that what moves the human life towards
development and progression is nothing more than the recourses of
human mind which is represented generally in the high mental
abilities , Speciaiiy in creativity which continuoudy helps in
achieving new stages in this life . These resources was in the past
time conhed to certain persons , but because of the rapid life in this
age the need of the existence of that creativity element has increased
, especially under the circumstances of data revolution which the
world evidence in the present time , so as to this interest in studying
creativity is now more extensively and deeply to recognize its
components ,characteristics ,and the factors that motivate and
influence it ,and so it appeared today that anyone who possesses a
moderate degree of intelligence quotient can develop in him this creative ability .
