Abstract
The present thesis is devoted to . investigate the structural, optical and Ge1Se 1.35 Tl o.1 films.
The optical properties include the determination of the refractive index n , the absorption index k , the absorption coefficient a and the energy gap Eg opt for the amorphous Ge1Se 1.35 Tl o.1 films .
The electrical’ properties include DC and AC electrical conductivity measurements, dielectric constant and dielectric loss measurements for Ge!Se1.35 Tlo.! in. thin films forms , as well as , switching phenomenon in amorphous Ge1Se 1.35 Tl o.1 films.
