Abstract
The purpose of the present study was directed firstly to determine the amount of fluoride uptake be enamel after fluoride gel application alone or in combination with co2 laser treatment in deciduous and permanent teeth , and secondary to evaluate and compare the tomographic changes of enamel after topical application of fluoride gel alone or in combination with co2 laser treatment in deciduous and pernanent teeth.
