Abstract
Detecting tuberculosis in cattle by using intra dermal tuberculin test. Slaughter the positive cases and examined them carefully. Tissues showing tuberculous lesions and serum samples were taken for bacteriological examination and serological diagnosis by application of ELISA technique using different antigens and used of Immunochromatographic assay Using Cocktail antigens. The results showed the necessary to restandrisation of tuberculin test by using prepared antigens high sensitive and specific to bovine Tuberculosis.
