Abstract
The aim of this study will be directed to 1- investigate the expression and the distribution pattern fo tenascin-C and K67 in oral squamous cell carcinoma immunohistochemically . 2- evaluat the relation between tenascin-C expression and the tumor cell proliferation of oral squamous cell carcinoma detected by Ki67 immunoreactivity 3- correlate the clinical stages and histopathological grades of oral squamous cell carcinoma with tenascin-C expression patterns to find out the importance of tenascim-C in tumor progression and metastasis .
