The aim of this study was to investigation the performance of two sunflower cultivars namely “Sakha-53” and “Giza-102” which were provided from Oil Crops Research Section (OCRS), Field Crops Research Institute (FCRI), Agriculture Research Center (ARC), Giza. under different nitrogen rates (without N, 30 and 45 kg N fed.-1) and biofertilizers (without biofertilizer, phosphate dissolving bacteria ”PDB” and nitrogen fixing bacteria ”NFB”) with regard to their growth, yield, yield attributes and seed oil content under North Sinai environmental conditions. Drip irrigation system was used. The salinity of water ranged from 5500 to 6000 ppm. The soil texture was sand lomay. Vegetative characters taken after 15, 30, 45 and 60 day from sowing.
