Abstract
IMD investigation ias carEied out On &zltani fig oultivar over a period of two succcssive years during 1978 and 1979 seasons in the orchard of the Faculty of Agriculture at Aasiut University ‘there the soil is a well drained fertile silty loan and the depth ci’ water table ranes over two noters.
This experiment was arranged as factorial in complete randomized block design with five rc-plications to study the effect of Gi’obereliin, thrc1 and 2,4,5—Trichloropheno’ acetic cid growth regulators on syconi growth, meSuration and quality of Sultani main crop figs.
Nine diffoent erowth resulators treatments were applied as sprays to wet both foliage and fruits as follows:
