Abstract
This study is conducted to fulfill the following objectives: 1- To study the expression of p53 and c-erbB-2 oncogenes in lichen planus, epithelial dysplasia and squamous cell carcinoma in the oral cavity. 2- To study the possible relationship between the degree of expression of p53 and c-erbB-2 oncogenes in relation to the premalignant changes in oral lichen planus.
