Abstract
The aim of this work is study the different features of meningiomas, the changes in the adjacent structures and the prediction of the histological stbtypes of the meningiomas by the use of CT.
This work was done on 50 cases of intra cranial meningiomas. 33 were females and 17 cases were males, their ages ranged from 18 to 70 years. the incidence of the tumour was found to be more in females at the middle age of life.
The clinical history and examination were collected for each case, CT was done preoperatively and histopathological examination was for all cases.
