Abstract

This investigation was carried out to study the effects of cobalt,cadmium and zine on T.niloticus growth performance and the bioaccumulation of these heavy metals on the muscles .Moreover the effects of tested heavy metals chromosomal aberrations ;gene expression of total protein and some isozymes as well as the molecular effects of DNA were concerned.
