Abstract
This study was conducted to explain the following points :
1-Isolation and identification of the isolated viruses as follows:
2-Isolation of the studied viruses .
3-identification of isolated viruses.
4-host range and syptomatology.
5-virus stability in sap.
6- modes of transmission( mechanical transmission, seed transmission,insect transmission,inclusion bodies,serological diagnosis of the isolated viruses using indirect ELISA).
7-Serological studies (virus purtification, puritification of BBSV and CABMV.
8-Electron microscopy (antiserum production of BBSV and CAMBV, rabbit immunization, rabbit bleeding).
9- Determination of antiserum titer.
10-Determination of antigen dilution end point.
11- Immunological detection of BBSV and CAMBV.
12-Prevalence of the virus in different plant organs.
13-Molecular characterization.
