Abstract total of 236 apparently normal quarter milk samples were examined for le’Iealed 32.62% and 26.25% as subclinical mastitic milk samples of cows loes respectively which then examined for Mycoplasma revealed 9.09 percent from subclinical mastitic cows and buffaloes respectively while on of clinically mastitic cows and buffaloes were 14.73% and 14.29% ’f. Jaentification of the isolated Mycoplasma revealed more than one 01 Mycoplasma; the most important was M.bovigenita/ium in a percent of lrom the total isolates, then Marginini in 37.04%, M.bovis18.52%, and . . in is in 3.70%. Examination for Mycoplasma of 46 and 6 udder tissue afbuffaloes and cows respectively revealed zero percent and 3.33% ified as M.arginini. ical study of 45 milk samples by ELlSA test revealed 22.22% positive toM.bovis and 37.77% samples to Mbovigenitalium while examination m samples revealed 20% as Mbovis.Application of peR specific to larthe total isolates recovered from mastitic milk samples revealed to as M.bovis.
