Abstract
most farmers practice little or no selection within herds specially with its small size and they want to enlarge them ,those farmers tried to find their way to existines by improvung their herds through the genetic constituation of the buffalo.farmers always ask to breed their buffaloes with semen from the best bulls and this increases the demand of the semen of those bulls,therefore this study was initiated to find innocuous parameters and methods producing, improving and preserving buffalo bulls semen.
