Abstract
Rabbit hemorrhagic viral disease is one of the most important rabbit disease recorded in Egypt since the last nineteenth century.The disease and its causative virus represent very interesting subjects for different research fields.The present study investigate the propagation of rabbit hemorrhagic disease virus (AHIDV) in some cell cultures and the optimum conditions for its replication in such cells.remarkable enhancements of CPE and virus titer was achieved through the using of roller cell culture system rather than the stationary one.
