Abstract
It has become increasingly clear in recent years that environmental degradation, if allowed to proceed unchecked, could result in serious and some times irreversible damage to life on this planet. Therefore, the present study aimed to screen the level of the important toxic contaminants of water in some industrial localities together with a judgment of the drinking water quality provided from the different water sources(ground water, tap water and surface water).
The following results were obtained :-
1- nitrite.
2- Nitrate.
3- Ammonia.
4- Cadmium.
Histopathological investigation :
1- liver.
2- Kidney.
3- Brain.
4- Spleen.
5- Lung.
6- Testis.
7- Heart.
8- Intestine
