Abstract
This study was performed with the purpose of objective
and subjective evaluation of the efficacy of one topical
steroid ”beclomethasone dipropionate” in the treatment of
allergic rhinitis and allergic nasal polypi as measured by
symptoms scores and anterior rhinomanometry.
Many works had been done to study the
effects of topical steroids in allergic rhinitis
clinical point of view, but there were very few
clarify the effects of topical steroids on
beneficial
from the
studies to
the nasal
resistance as measured by anterior rhinomanometry.
The present work was conducted on
suffering from nasal allergy, they were
detailed analysis of their complaints,
Rhino-Laryngolgical examination and intradermal
test.

Group A included 30 patients with allergic rhinitis
without polyp.
Group B included 20 patients with allergic nasal polypi.
