Abstract
Comparative literature is a field that seeks to move beyond insularity and provincialism and to see several cultures and literatures together.; It is the study of the interaction of world literatures with one another. The aim of Comparative literature is to go beyond the culture of one’s own nation and to see instead the cosmopolitan whole.
