Abstract
Sinai peninsula has always been an area of special interest in Egypt from different points of view. its characteristics geographic features has created a very special animal fauna and flora.
during the last near decades, Sinai had passed certain unstable conditions which could be particularly referred to several wars and therefore subjected to quite changeable situations.
the present study was undertaken to update to existing knowledges concerning the rodents of Sinai peninsuka as well as the associated ecto and endoparasities. Rodents are known to play an important role in several dangerous diseases. e.g. plague, leishaniasis, ricketsial and viral diseases.
