Abstract Physics department, Faculty of science, Sohag, Sohag University. The aim of this thesis was to demonstrate that the perovskite manganites La0.67Sr0.33Mn1-xZnxOy samples (x = 0.025, 0.05, 0.075, 0.1 and 0.125 at %) are interesting candidates for the preparation, structural changes, conduction behaviour and thermoelectric power of Zn doped La0.67Sr0.33MnOy. The polycrystalline samples were prepared using solid state reaction. Five compositions of La0.67Sr0.33Mn1-xZnxO3 (x = 0.025, 0.05, 0.075, 0.1and 0.125 at. %) were prepared by solid state reaction method. |
