Abstract

First of all and above all thanks to Allah for helping me to complete this work,
I wish to express my indebtedness and my gratitude to the Faculty of Nursing, Menoufyia University, for giving me the opportunity to pursue my postgraduate studies.
I would like to express my deepest gratitude and sincere appreciation to my professor Dr. Dalal Khalil Eshra, chairman & professor of maternity nursing, thanks to her valuable advice, fruitful criticism, experienced guidance, encouragement and her sincerity which were indeed helpful to me. She has been always a mother and a teacher. No words can express my thanks to her.
