المستخلص
The study involved the economic analysis of the crime of bribery with the application to Egypt where this analysis showed the causes of the crime of bribery through analyzing the bribery on the domestic level and showing its most important types as well as analyzing bribery on the international level through clarifying the role of transnational corporations, international organizations, international developmental institutions and agencies in combat-ing the crime of bribery. Then we showed the economic and social effects of bribery through showing the effects of the phenomenon on the economic development and social justice. We have clarified the measures and techniques that must be taken for ending bribery. We di-vided the proposed techniques into economic, administrative and political ones on hand and legal and penal ones on the other hand on the domestic and international levels as well as specifying the recommendations that can be used for combating bribery whether on the eco-nomic, administrative and protective aspect and how to resist bribery.
