Abstract • Patients who had CAD are more prone to suffer from depression and anxiety than normal subjects and CABG patients. QOL is also less in patients with CAD than normal and CABG patients. Assessment of mental health and quality of life can be helpful to improve the management of CAD and CABG patients. Health service planning which integrate collaboration of psychiatry and cardio-surgery departments can advance the overall outcome of these patients |
