Abstract
In the present work, the in-vitro antimicrobial activity
of some B-lactam/aminoglycoside antibiotic combina-tions
was evaluated . Different factors influencing their separate and combined activity have been included . Studied
factors were inoculum size , pH , storage temperature , protein
binding, medium compoeition and divalent cations .
Ampicillin cefotaxime and cefezolin were selected as Bl-actam reprensentatives.
