Abstract In vitro and in vivo expriments were carried out during 2009 to 2011. To evaluate six quinoa (chenopodium quinai wild) genotypes under adverse.conditions. germination and seeding growth indexes (PLC, GIS % length, root length and fresh weight) under osmotic stress (0, 5, 7.5 and 10 bar) and ionic stress (0, 5, 7.5 and 10ppt) were evakuated invitro, wholw growth, yield, its component, seeds chemical composition were evaluated under in vivo dominant stress. also, molecular investigation was conducted by using RAPD-PCR technique. resulted showed that the six genotypes succeeded under stress conditions, and the performance of the Chikean genotypes were better than Denmark,x genotypes. Also, primers OPB-01 ans 06 were the best when RAPD-PCR technique was used for six genotypes, genetic similary was classified into 5 levels. the high recorded genetic similarity index was between genotypes KVLSRA1 and KVLSRA3 |
