Abstract The present work is an attempt to give a clear insight concerning the molecular structure and the electronic distribution of pure and doped polymers. The used IR range was (200-4000) cm-1 while the U.V. and visible range was (190-900) nm .The Ac and Dc electrical conductivity of the investigated samples were studied over a wide temperature range to determine the conduction mechanism and to correlate the molecular structure with the electrical conductivity. The real part of dielectric constant (έ) and imaginary part (ε”) were also studied and the expected type of polarizability is discussed. The thermodynamic function ΔH, ΔS and ΔG of the relaxation process was also calculated. |
