Abstract
routine vaccination using trivalent oral pOlio vaccine
on Egyptian infants and also to compare the response
vacci ne. The cases of thi s study were chosen from Out-Patient Clinic’, Pediatric Department, Ain Shams University Hospitals. The vaccines used WHre Sabin,
months were given the three doses with about 6-8 weeks and then were categorised into 3 different SP’ I) groups.
50 cases were given a.p.T. and ora” Sabin vaccine every two months for 3 doses.
50 cases~ere given quadruple vaccine (O.P.T.) and polio (Salk) as 3 doses by I.M. injoctlon with 2 ~onth$interval between each doss.
