Abstract
This study was under taken to out how mothers estimate fever and manage a feverish child a simple of 250 sick childern was randomaly taken among attendants of el monira children university hospital and the old cairo mch center a questionnaire was designed to cover the required items of the study including socioeconomic features of the family and personal and illness data of the sick child with special considerration of fever.
