Abstract
This thesis includes four chapters. The first chapter
presents the mechanism of electrolytic polishing, observations on
the polishing process in copper- orthophospheric acid system and
an idea about mass transfer in electro polishing which includes
the variables affecting the limiting current, current distribution
problems and mass transfer in presence of convection. The
literature survey on the previous work is also included in this
chapter.
