Abstract The present study concernmg with coccidiosis is initially designed for the diagnosis of Eimeria species that sexually reproduce at the ceci of chickens based on the appearance of the PM lesions, morphological features and sporulation time. Molecular identification (PCR- based assay) of Eimeria species infecting broiler chickens.Evaluationof cellular and humoralimmune response of three different broilers breeds( Baladi, Saso and Hubbard broiler breeds) against live anticoccidial vaccine (Coccivac B®) based on E-Rosette test and an indirect ELIZA assay. The studying the prophylactic and therapeutic action of Toltrazuril (Deltazuril®) with Coccivac B vaccination for prevention and control of coccidosis in broiler chickens. On the basis of PM lesions, morphological features and sporulation time three Eimeria strains; Eimeriatenella, E. necatrix and E.brunetti were identified. Five Eimeria speCIes were identified by PCR assay usmgsequence characterized amplified region. |
