Abstract Under the optimal use of egyptain agricultural land for wheat production which consider the first straregic crop, two pot experiments were carried out in a greenhouse at the experimental Farm of Faculty of Agriculture, Minufiya University, Shibin El-Kom, Egypt during the two growing seasons of 2009/2010 and 2010/2011 to study the influence of salinity levels[ECe:2.5 (control), 5.0,7.5, 10.0 and 12.5 Ds/M] , different magnetic treatments i.e. magnetized grains, magnetized water and combination of magnetized grains and water treatments beside the control (tap water) and their interactions on the growth, some physiological characters i.e. (photosynthetic pigments, water relations and membrane permeability), biochemical compositions i.e. ( total and soluble carbohydrates, protein, praline, activity of some enzymes, UV-Absorbing substances, some mineral compositions, endogenous phytohormone), yield and its components as well as anatomical structures of wheat plant ( Triticum aestivum L.cv. Sakha 93). Plant samples were taken aftar 60 and 100 days from sowing. |
