Abstract
vaccination is an effective tools for the prevention of communicable diseases.
Assessing nurses prefoemance while conducting vaccination sessions healps in improving the services offered.
The aim of the study is to monitor the various activities carried out by the nurses during vaccination session and to identify the factors affecting nurses performance then to recommend different approaches to improve nursing performance in relation to vaccination.
The study was carried out in all MCH canters in Alexandria except El Amria MCH cente.
All nurses involved in the accination activities in these MCH centers were included.
They to talled to 10 nurses.
