Abstract The objective of this thesis is to present a simulated study for the effects of the different systematic distortions on theground coordinates. The major part of this research is concerned with the analytical bundle strip adjustment using collineararity condition equations and for this purpose a FORTRAN program is made in appendix(A)for making strip adjustment using personal computers. Several experiments ad tests have been made on simulated data for a strip to investigate the actual effects of different distortions on ground coordinates. Results of the above mentioned experiments show that we canmm make an economic analytical aerial triangulation with a few ground control points. They show that the effect of the earth`s curvature for flying heits between 1000ml.ti 2000mt. ismeaningless and can be neglected on the process of photogrametric mapping with this heights. Finally, some useful results, conclusions and recommendations are pointed out. |
