Abstract
The obtained results in this study showed that RAPD PCR can be
used in characterization of avian colibacillosis and can be considered as a
characteristic means for production of vaccines with a hetrogenous activity
on pathogenic E.coli strains, also by multiplex PCR the study shows the
most distributed virulent genes in the pathogenic strains and this is useful
in production of effective heterogenous vaccine, which protects poultry
industry from wide section of E.coli infections.
