It is divided into an introductory part which treats what international sale contract is, the criteria of the internationality of the contract and the most important general principles of the international sale contract. Then, this is followed by two partitions which have 2 parts each as follows:
-Partition One: Meaning of compliance with specification. Part One: Compliance with specification and its cases. Part Two: Scope of compliance with specification.
-Partition Two: Effects of compliance with warranting specification. Part One: Provisions on warranting specification. Part Two: Sanction of breach of specification.
In the conclusion, we show the findings and recommendations of the research.
