Abstract
The present study indicated the presence of genetic variations on using RAPD PCR
and phylogenetic tree analysis on the different isolates of the same salmonella
serotypes which clarify the high sensitivity and specificity of these tests in the
identification of the suspected salmonellae in comparison with the serological tests.
