Abstract
Osteoporosis is a disease characterized by diminished bone density and reduction in bone mass.
Osteoporosis could be classified into either localized or generalized type. Our study involves the generalized type of osteoporosis.
The different aetiologic causes of generalized osteoporosis were discused in detail in our study0
Also we mention the various radiological changes that occur in osteoporosis.
Osteoporosis has vague symptome & its clinical picture is not specific, this obliged us to mention the different radiological methods of investigations in osteoporosis, thus one can differentiate the diff ereut causes of decreased bone density.
The aim of this study is to clear up the radiological changes that occur in osteoporosis and their role in the diagnosis of the different aetiologic entities.
